State RTAP/5311 Websites

To contact your state Rural Transit Assistance Program (RTAP) manager, visit National RTAP's Directory of State RTAP Managers. Please note that not every state or U.S. territory has a webpage for their RTAP or Formula Grants for Rural Areas - 5311 program, but they may still have one or both programs. 

Local Transit Assistance Programs (LTAPs) are administered by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and are available in every state and in Puerto Rico.  They provide resources, training and technical assistance on topics including transporation infrastructure, technology and safety.  Contact the National RTAP Resource Center at info@nationalrtap.org if you would like a list of State LTAPs.
